As a way of ruling class selection , the Tang imperial examination system has its own advantages and characteris-tics in the content, form and the selection methods .However, the current college entrance examination has some deficien-cies and defects in the content , form and selection methods .In order to change the current situation we should do an in-depth study on the imperial examinations and explore ways to reform the college entrance examination .
