我国的创业教育多是基于创业过程模型,即识别机会、资源整合、创建企业等一系列创业过程。百森商学院的学者认为不应将创业作为一个过程来讲授,而应作为一种方法来讲授。百森商学院最近开发了一套基于实践的新的创业教育方法。这种方法包括玩耍(Play)、移情(Empathy)、创造(Creativity)、试验(Experiment)和反思(Reflection)等五个特定的实践环节,通过在实践中学习、行动导向及模糊性适应传递一种行动精神和创业思维,为我国高校的创业实践教学提供有利借鉴。
The entrepreneurship education in China is mostly based on the model of entrepreneurial process, namely, identifying opportunities, integrating resource, founding enterprises and so on. However, the scholars of Babson College argue that entrepreneurship should not be taught as a process, but rather as a way. This paper systematically studies a set of practice-based entrepreneurship education methods recently developed by Babson College, which include playing, empathy, creativity, experiment and reflection. Learning through practice, action oriented and fuzziness of adaptation can convey a spirit of action and entrepreneurial thinking. The study hopes to provide a reference for the entrepreneurial education in Chinese universities.
