近年来，外国法制史课程面临学生学习兴趣不高，学科渐趋弱势化的不利境况，而研讨式教学模式或许能够帮助我们走出目前的困境。此种教学模式着眼于培养学生的自主学习能力、实践能力和法学思维方式，而且教学方法灵活多样。将其引入外国法制史课程，不仅有利于提高学生的学习积极性，而且可使外国法制史学科焕发生机。

In recent years, law students are not very interested in the subject of Foreign Legal History, and the subject is in a dis-advantaged situation, while the discussion-based teaching pat-tern may help us to solve these problems. It focuses on develop-ing students＆#39; active learning ability, practical ability and thinking in jurisprudence way. Besides, it is very flexible in teaching method. So using the discussion-based teaching pattern will not only help to improve the students＆#39; enthusiasm for learning, but also make the subject of Foreign Legal History revitalized.
