针对现有船舶动力装置仿真模型在实时性和精度两方面无法兼顾的不足,提出了一种不牺牲精度又能满足实时性要求的建模和仿真方法,给出了大型船舶动力装王的零维仿真模型,模型包括MANB&W10L90MC柴油机、NA70/T9增压器,定距桨推进装置以及柴油机控制系统,仿真结果表明,稳态和动态工况特性与试航试验数据基本吻合,误差不大于5%,模型可用于船舶动力装置的性能分析、预测和调速器系统的设计和优化。
Aiming at the deficiencies for current marine propulsion plant simulation models in real-time simulation and calculation precision, a modeling method and a zero-dimension transient simulation model for large marine propulsion plant were proposed. The model includes MAN B& W IOL9OMC diesel engine, NA70/T9 turbocharger, fixed pitch propeller and diesel engine control system. The simulation experiments demonstrate the steady and dynamical results matching properly the voyage trial ones, and the simulation error is less than 5%. The model can be used for engine performance analyzing and prediction as well as the design and optimization of governor system.
