目的 创业风险是新企业生存与发展的关键,文章以风险管理过程为主线,探讨创业者的风险管理能力对新创企业成长的影响,并进一步分析创业自我效能的中介作用。方法 采用问卷调研方法共取得255家创业企业的有效数据。结果 引入创业自我效能要素以后,部分维度的能力指标对新创业的直接影响作用变得不显著。结论 创业者人际关系能力以创业自我效能为不完全中介效应达成对新创企业成长的影响,而创业者风险识别能力、风险决策能力、资源整合与管理能力以创业自我效能为完全中介达成对新创企业成长的影响。

英文摘要：

Objective Because entrepreneurial risk is the key which can affect survival and development of new venture, by making risk control process as main line,this paper discusses the influence of entrepreneurs＇risk manage- ment ability on growth of new venture, which emphasizes the intermediary role of entrepreneurial self- efficacy. Meth- ods Date of questionnaire from 255 new companies. Results After the introduction of entrepreneurial self - efficacy factor, A part dimension of ability index have a direct impact on new venture becomes not significant. Conclusion Entrepreneurs＇ interpersonal skills have a positive impact on the growth of new ventures, and entrepreneurial self - efficacy plays a partial intermediary role during this process; Entrepreneurs＇ risk identification ability,risk decision -making capacity, resource integration and management ability have a positive impact on the growth of new ventures and en- trepreneurial self - efficacy plays a full intermediary role during this process.
