为了在QFDE过程中确定工程参数的权重,首先采用递阶质量屋方法获取产品设计过程中的客户需求及对应工程参数的权重,采用敏感性分析方法得出环境需求对应的各项生态设计工程参数权重;然后通过三角模糊数方法给出两类工程参数的独立权重,利用加权处理确定出最终各项工程参数的权重。最后以液晶显示屏产品的设计为例,对该方法的有效性进行了说明。
In order to determine the weights of the engineering parameters in QFDE, this paper adopts the HHOQ (Hierarchic House of Quality ) method to obtain customer demands and the corresponding engineering parameters weights in the product design process. The sensitivity analysis method is adopted to obtain the environmental requirements and the corresponding ecological design engineering parameters weights. Then through triangle fuzzy number method, this paper gives two kinds of independent weights to the engineering parameters for both the customer requirements and the ecological design and uses the weighted processing to determine the final weights for each engineering parameters. Finally, taking the design of LCD screen as an example, the validity of this method is described.
