采用热硫化法在不同温度条件下制备了黄铁矿样品,用FESEM、XRD等测试手段对黄铁矿样品的晶体形貌、成分、物相结构和颗粒尺寸进行了观察与表征。测定了样品的热电系数,并讨论了黄铁矿的颗粒尺寸、S/Fe比值和各晶面衍射强度对热电系数的影响。结果表明,在一定温度范围内,热电系数随颗粒尺寸的减小而减小。S/Fe比值对热电系数影响较为复杂。在320~360℃时,热电系数随S/Fe比值的增大而增大;在360~380℃时,热电系数随S/Fe比值的减小而减小;在380~420℃时,热电系数随S/Fe比值的增大反而呈降低趋势。不同衍射晶面对热电系数影响程度不同,低指数衍射晶面对热电系数的影响程度明显大于高指数衍射晶面。
Pyrite samples were synthesized by thermal sulfidation method under different temperatures. The surface morphology,chemical composition,crystalline structure and grain size of the pyrite samples were characterized by Field-emission scanning electron microscope( FESEM) and X-ray diffraction( XRD).Thermoelectric coefficient of the samples were measured and the effects of the pyrite grain size,S / Fe ratio and different crystal plane diffraction intensity on thermoelectric coefficient were investigated. The results show that thermoelectric coefficient decreases with the decrease of the grain size in a certain temperature range. The influence of S / Fe ratio on thermoelectric coefficient is complicated. The thermoelectric coefficient values increases with the increase S / Fe ratio during 320-360 ℃,decrease with the decrease during 360-380 ℃,and decrease with the increase during 380-420 ℃. There are evident differences among the influence of different diffraction surfaces on thermoelectric coefficients, the effect of low index diffraction surfaces on the thermoelectric coefficient was significantly greater than high index diffraction surfaces.
