石煤是一种低品位复杂钒矿。对V2O5含量为0.65%的石煤,采用低温硫酸化焙烧技术进行了提钒研究。该技术包括低温硫酸化焙烧,水浸出,铁粉还原回收铜和硒,萃取富集钒,富钒液氯酸钠氧化后沉红钒,红钒洗钠,煅烧得五氧化二钒产品7个连续的单元操作过程,其中低温硫酸化焙烧是整个技术的关键。在500 g规模马弗炉焙烧实验的基础上,进行了85 kg规模扩大化焙烧试验。试验结果表明,扩大化试验能够在更低的焙烧温度下获得更高钒浸出率,采用20%(质量分数)硫酸和石煤混合均匀后,在140℃低温硫酸化焙烧3 h,焙烧料水浸出,可以获得78.3%的钒浸出率。焙烧过程产生的烟气,无需经过任何处理,就可达到国家规定的排放标准。整个工艺过程钒的回收率为76.28%。该技术的特点是钒回收率高和环境友好,并且在钒的提取过程,可以综合回收铜、硒等有价金属,生产1 t五氧化二钒,可以产出含铜和硒的还原沉淀物0.21 t。
Stone coal is a low grade complicated vanadium ore. The vanadium in stone coal containing O. 65% of V205 was extracted by low temperature sulphation roasting technology. The technology consisted of seven unit operation processes : low temperature sulpha- tion roasting, water leaching, recovering copper and selenium by iron powder reduction, solvent extraction enrichment vanadium, oxi- dizing the stripping solution by sodium chlorate and precipitating red vanadium, removing sodium of red vanadium and calcinations, in which low temperature sulphation roasting was the key to the entire technology. On the basis of 500 g muffle furnace roasting scale ex- periments, the 85 kg scale test was finished. The results indicated that the magnifying test could get a higher vanadium leaching rate under the condition of lower roasting temperature. The vanadium leaching rate could reach 78.3% by sulphation roasting with 20% ( mass fraction) su!phuric acid at 140 ~C for 3 h and water leaching. All the contents of harmful components in exhaust were lower than the emission standards of China, and the exhaust produced in roasting process could be directly discharged without treatment. The total recovery of vanadium reached 76.28%. The technology was characterized by higher recovery of vanadium, and was environment-friend- ly; besides, it could also recover copper and selenium in the extraction of vanadium. 0.21 t copper and selenium bearing reduction precipitate could be obtained in the extraction process of. 1 t V2 05 product.
