On the basis of the analysis of a tobacco logistics enterprise＇s current situation that existing inadequate information resource sharing, unsmooth information flow and the solitary islands among information systems, the article elaborates the implication of CPG and uses a model to illustrate the new state that will evolve after the enterprise information systems coupling. And then it establishes a collaborative infortnation platform for the tobacco logistics enterprise, based on CPC. It controls the systems permission assignments efficiently, based on RBAC model. The platform is conducive to information resource sharing and the synergy effect that occur among the members of the tobacco supply chain.
