将永磁轨道上表面磁感应强度作为主要参数进行检测和考察,以衡量其悬浮性能的优劣程度。首先通过对比Ansoft仿真值与实际测量值,确定了最佳测量位置为永磁体上表面2mm处,然后分别对多种排布方式的永磁轨道表面磁感应强度B进行了仿真并观测,得出结论表明:从制作的经济性以及实用性考虑,三极对顶式永磁轨道能提供目前最优的悬浮性能。该结论对高温超导磁悬浮系统永磁轨道的制作和设计有一定的参考价值。
In this article, the degree of magnetic induction above the permanent magnet guideway surface was as the main pa- rameter to be detected and investigated so as to measure the suspending ability. Firstly by comparison of the Ansoft simulation val- ue with the actual measured values to determine the best measurement location for the permanent magnets is 2mm above the sur- face. Then some simulations and observations about the magnetic induction B of some different permanent magnet guideway ar- rangements were done. The results show that the three poles of the top - permanent magnet guideway can provide the most optimal suspension performance now from the economic and practical considerations. The conclusion has certain reference value on the production and design of high - temperature superconducting maglev system .
