应用改良后的蔗糖震荡复苏法,对40份采自广东南岭国家森林公园不同海拔高度苔藓植物样品中的蛭态轮虫进行分离和鉴定,对附藓蛭态轮虫群落的特征进行研究.共检出隶属于3科8属的蛭态轮虫16种,其中中国新记录种5种、广东省新记录种10种.蛭态轮虫种类数最大值和丰度最大值均出现在1 001-1 200 m和1 201-1 400 m两个海拔高度的范围内.聚类分析和非度量多维标度分析显示南岭森林公园附藓蛭态轮虫群落在8个不同海拔高度采样区域间分为3支:海拔600 m以下和海拔1 801 m以上区域间的群落为1支;海拔801-1 000 m和海拔1 601-1800 m区域间为1支;位于中等海拔的其余区域为1支;附藓蛭态轮虫的种类数及丰度的垂直分布均呈"中间膨胀型".本研究表明不同海拔高度附藓蛭态轮虫群落间的种类组成、相对丰度、群落多样性指数等均存在着较大的差异.
With improved sucrose extraction method, moss-dwelling bdelloid rotifers from 40 moss samples collected from different altitudes in the Nanling National Forest Park of Guangdong China were isolated and identified. As a result, 16 species bdelloid rotifers were found, belonging to 3 families and 8 genera, with 5 species being new records in China and 10 being new in Guangdong Province. Cluster analysis and non-metric multidimensional scaling analysis showed that the bdelloid rotifer communities from Nanling National Forest Park could be classified into three branches: one composed of the communities from the areas above 1801 m and below 600 m, one of those from the areas of 801–1 000 m and of 1 601–1 800 m, and one of those from the areas with the medium altitudes. The vertical distributions of species numbers and abundances of moss-dwelling bdelloid rotifer communities in Nanling National Forest Park showed a hump-shaped pattern along the elevation gradients. Statistical analysis showed great differences in the species composition, relative abundance and biodiversity index of mossdwelling bdelloid rotifer communities from different altitudes.
