[ Purpose/Significance ] Sensitive information is defined as the information within the scope between state secret and public in- formation. It is of great significance to dispose the public safety sensitive information scientifically in order to improve the basic-level gov- ernmental affairs opening system, facilitate the cooperation between basic-level police and the masses, and improve the social harmony. [ Method/Process] In the public safety sensitive information disposal process of the basic-level police practice, a legal system should be constructed, the information disclosure scope and timing should be scientifically selected, an effective sensitive information disposal model should be built, and a public safety sensitive information issuing-social stability risk evaluation mechanism should be established. [ Re- suit/Contusion] The standardization of the public safety sensitive information disposal as well as the modernization of social public safety governance of basic-level police would be promoted.
