将氢气喷入柴油机进气道内进行试验,以研究柴油混氢对柴油机燃烧及排放性能的影响。试验中发动机转速固定在1400r/min,在不同初始转矩下改变氢气在混合燃料中的质量分数,并保持燃料总质量不变。试验结果表明柴油混氢燃烧可缩短燃烧持续期,增大最大爆发压力及放热率峰值,且使峰值位置提前(氢质量分数为9%时放热率峰值提高20%),增大发动机的输出转矩,并能降低柴油机的各主要排放物(在中低转矩下CO及碳烟排放下降了30%-50%)。
A diesel engine test is conducted with hydrogen added into diesel fuel to study the effects of hydrogen blending on the combustion and emission performance of a diesel engine. During the test, engine speed is fixed on 1400r/min, and the mass fraction of hydrogen in blended fuel is changed under different initial torques while keeping total fuel mass unchanged. The test results show that hydrogen blending can shorten the combustion duration, increase the maximum cylinder pressure and peak heat release rate with the peak appearing earlier (when hydrogen mass fraction is 9 % the peak heat release rate increases by 20 % ), raise the output torque of engine, and can reduce all major emissions of diesel engine ( CO and soot emissions lower by 30% - 50% at medium and low torque).
