为了研究综放开采散体煤岩运移速度场分布特征,基于散体介质流理论的学术思想,采用三维数值模拟和理论分析相结合的方法,重点考察了综放支架对煤岩运移速度场分布特征的影响。数值模拟结果表明,正常放煤循环时散体煤岩运移速度场演化可分为二次松散区形成阶段、稳定放出阶段、二次松散区破坏阶段;理论分析表明由于支架掩护梁摩擦系数较小导致掩护梁附近颗粒加速度增大,二次松散区呈现出向支架前方超前发育的特征。
In order to understand the velocity field distribution characteristics of loose coal - rock flow in longwall top coal caving mining( LTCC), we studied the influence of support presence on the distribution characteristics of velocity using 3D numerical simulation and theoretical analysis based on the loose medium flow field theory. The results indicate that the evolution of the velocity field of loose coal - rock flow can be divided into three stages: secondary loose zone formation stage, stable drawing stage and secondary loose zone destruction stage. The increase of the acceleration of particles near the support beam leads to the prior development of the secondary loose zone towards the front of the support.
