针对应用组件构架(CAA)钣金零件检测系统存在的缺陷,以VS2005为工具,调用API函数对CATIA进行二次开发,对钣金零件检测规划系统的功能进行完善.通过CATIA二次开发技术,将钣金零件检测信息加入零件特征树.设计数模在增加检测信息后形成了新的数模,为检验员工提供了3D视图的检测信息,实现了对整个检测系统的闭环设计.检测规划过程与三维数字化模型有效衔接,提高了生产效率和检验质量.
According to the current Component Applica tion Architecture (CAA) defect inspection system for sheet metal parts, taking CATIA as the platform, VS2005 as the tool, call the API function for the two development on CATIA, to improve the sheet metal inspection planning system. The information of sheet metal inspection planning add into the feature tree of parts through the secondary development technology of CATIA. The design of digital model become a new digital model after added inspection information. This provides a 3D view of inspection information for workers, and realize the closed loop design of the whole inspection system, it can link the process of inspection planning with 3D digital model effectively, and improve the production efficiency and quality of inspection.
