Quantitative analysis method of cis-configuration neonicotinoids was conducted using a Zobarx Rx-C18 HPLC column, methanol/water as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 265 nm. The method suggested that standard deviation was 0.00103, coefficient of variation was 0.1042 %, correlation coefficient was 0.99995 and average recovery was 99.86 %.
