权变理论要求企业必须不断地加强其本身的柔性以适应环境的变化。本文据此探究了企业IT杠杆能力（IT-leveraging capability）对即兴能力（IC）的影响。把杠杆能力划分为项目资源管理系统（PRMS）、组织记忆系统（OMS）和协作工作系统（CWS）三个维度,基于来自东北地区三省一市230份有效问卷,从实证角度分析了它们的关系。结果表明,项目资源管理系统和协作工作系统分别对即兴能力具有显著影响,而组织记忆系统与即兴能力关系不显著。最后提出了本文的局限性以及将来可能的研究方向。

英文摘要：

Contingency theory requires the firms to strengthen their flexibility to meet the changing mar-ket. Based on the 230 valid samples, this paper empirically investigates the relationship between flexibili-ty and innovative performance in IT system. And the results show that technical IT system flexibility andhum an IT system flexibility have a positive effect on the innovative performance respectively. And the ef-fect of the former is smaller than that of the latter on the innovative performance. Finally limitations andfuture research directions are discussed.
