通过实验考察了铁浴还原中不锈钢废渣碱度、渣中Al2O3含量、反应温度以及铁水的铬含量对氧化铬还原反应的影响。结果表明,在渣碱度为0.9—1.4的试验范围内,以渣碱度为1.1时渣中最终铬含量最低;Al2O3含量对初期的反应速率有很大的影响;与反应温度和铁水中铬含量的影响相比,不锈钢渣的组成对铬在渣金间分配比更为重要。
Effects of slag basicity, Al2O3 content, reaction temperature and Cr content in bath on smelting reduction of stainless steel slag were studied. It was concluded that Cr content in slag reached to its minimum value with the slag basicity of 1.1 ranging from 0.9 to 1.4. Al2 O3 was more important to the reduction rate at initial reaction. So it was important that the proper composition of stainless steel slag was preferred for Cr distribution between slag and metal.
