补肾安胎方及其拆方对着床障碍小鼠胚泡着床疗效观察

目的:观察补肾安胎方及其构方中补肾组分、益气活血组分对胚泡着床障碍小鼠胚泡着床位点数的影响。方法:将妊娠小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、补肾安胎组、补肾组及益气活血组。妊娠第3、4天,正常组小鼠每天2次皮下注射麻油0.12ml,其余四组皮下注射吲哚美辛油剂0.12ml,造成小鼠胚泡着床障碍的动物模型分别收集妊娠第5、6、8天小鼠子宫,计数着床位点个数并比较其大小形态。结果:补肾安胎组小鼠着床位点数与模型组比较显著提高(P〈0.05),补肾组和益气活血组小鼠着床位点数较模型组多,但无统计学意义;补肾组和益气活血组小鼠着床位点数较补肾安胎组少,但无统计学意义。第5、6天着床位点胚泡,正常组和补肾安胎组左右两侧子宫分布均匀,胚泡大;模型组胚泡分布明显不均,且比正常组及补肾安胎组小;补肾组和益气活血组胚泡分布尚均匀,比正常组及补肾安胎组稍小。妊娠第8天正常组和补肾安胎组胚泡大而且各胚泡大小均等,形状规则,胚泡间界限清楚,无相互融合现象;模型组胚泡大小形状不一,各胚泡之间发生融合;补肾组和益气活血组胚泡大小较均匀,但有融合现象。结论:集补肾和益气活血为一体的补肾安胎方可以明显提高小鼠着床位点数,改善胚泡的形态和宫内的分布。

英文摘要:

Objective: To observe the ameliorated effects of Busben Antai recipe and its Busben and Yiqi Huoxue components on the implantation sites of blastocyst implantation dysfunction mice. Methods: All pregnant mice were divided into five groups in random:normal group,model group,Bushen Antai group,Bushen group and Yiqi Huoxue group. Mice of normal group were injected subcutaneously twice on pregnancy day 3 and 4 with 0.12 ml oil,other four groups were injected in 0.12 ml indomethacin at the same time. Uterine were collected respectively on day 5,6 and 8 of pregnancy(pd5,6,8). Counted the implantation sites and compared their shape and size. Results: The implantation sites of Bushen Antai group were obviously improved than the model group(P〈0.05),Bushen group and Yiqi Huoxue group were more than the model group,but there were no statistical significance. The implantation sites of Bushen and Yiqi Huoxue group were less than the Bushen Antai group,but there were no statistical significance too. The blastocysts of pd5,6 showed that the blastocysts of normal group and Bushen Antai group were larger and they were distributed evenly;the blastocysts of model group were smallest and they were distributed unevenly;the blastocysts of Bushen and Yiqi Huoxue group were smaller than normal group and Bushen Antai group,they were distributed still evenly. The blastocysts of pd8 showed that the blastocysts of normal group and Busben Antai group were large and had equal sizes and rule shapes. The blastocysts of model group had different sizes and shapes, moreover, there were embryonic fusion phenomenon occurred,the blastocysts of Bushen and Yiqi Huoxue group were a littler equal than the model group,but sometimes they had embryonic fusion happened. Conclusion: Busben Antai prescription which consist of the method of Bushen and Yiqi Huoxue could increase the implantation sites,improve the sizes and distribution of the blastocysts.
