建筑室内空气的温、湿度调节是空调通风的一个重要课题,传统的加湿降温技术存在着液气夹带和能源浪费等缺点。本文介绍了一种新型室内空气温湿度调节器——中空纤维膜加湿组件,实验研究了在叉流条件下,变进口风工况和变进口水工况对其加湿降温性能的影响,并分析了其在建筑节能领域应用的可行性。另外,通过对不同工况下组件性能变化趋势的分析,揭示了中空纤维膜组件的水蒸气传递特性。
Indoor air temperature and humidity control is an important problem for building air-conditioning and ventilation.However,traditional technologies have many shortcomings for air humidification and cooling.In this paper,a novel hollow fiber membrane module used for indoor air temperature and humidity adjustment was presented.Under the cross flow experiment condition,effects of different inlet air and water conditions on humidification performance were studied.Meanwhile,the application feasibility of hollow fiber membrane humidifier for building energy conservation was discussed.In addition,water vapor transfer performance in the hollow fiber membrane module was analyzed based on the experimental data.
