为提高水利机械的抗汽蚀性能,采用高速电弧喷涂在1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢基体上制备两种Fe基合金涂层。借助光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射分析仪、显微硬度计及振动汽蚀设备对涂层组织结构及性能进行分析。结果表明,涂层具有较高的硬度(510HV0.05)及较致密的组织结构(孔隙率10.5%),含有碳铬化合物等陶瓷硬化增强相。高速电弧喷涂能制备具有优良抗汽蚀性能的涂层。
Two iron based coatings were prepared by high velocity arc spraying(HVAS)on 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel to increase cavitation erosion resistance of water conservancy machinics.Microstructure and properties of the coatings were investigated respectively by optical microscope(OM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Vickers hardness and vibratory cavitation apparatus.The results indicate that the coatings have higher hardness(510 HV0.05)and tighter structure(porosity is 10.5%),including the chromium carbides as the hard reinforced phases.The HVAS is a promising method to prepare the cavitation resistance coating.
