基于虚拟样机技术,设计了一种双偏心惯性轴驱动的声频振动钻机的虚拟样机,分析了声频钻进方法的工作原理与特点,阐述了双偏心轴驱动的声频振动钻进系统整体设计方案与各个分系统的基本结构,在此基础上制造了实物样机,并开展了声频振动钻进技术实验研究。实验结果表明:双偏心轴型声频振动钻机结构简单、性能可靠、技术可行;声频振动钻进速度快、取样无扰动、质量高,钻进振动能量密度大,达到了设计要求。
A kind of sonic driller virtual prototype driven by dual--eccentric shaft was developed based on virtual prototype technology herein. The structure and working principle of the sonic driller were analyzed in detail. The physical prototype of the sonic driller was manufactured in factory based on the virtual prototype, and the operating characteristics of the sonic drilling method were research by the in--situ test. The results of practical applications show that the sonic driller driven by the dual --eccentric shaft has the simple structure, stable performances and high output energy density. The soil sample took by the sonic driller has merits of highly fidelity and pollution--free. It also proves that the design scheme of the sonic driller is feasibale.
