FENG Tian-li （冯天丽） was bom in Sichuan, China. She received her master degree fi＇om Sichuan University in 2002. She is currently a lecturer with School of Management, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China （UESTC） and is pursuing the Ph.D. degree with UESTC. Her research interests have been concerned with Human resource management, organizational change and Chinese rational entrepreneurs. JING Run-tian （井润田） was born in Pucheng, Shaanxi Province of China. He is a Professor, Doctor, supervisor of the PhD candidates, vice dean of management school of UESTC. He is a senior visiting scholar of University of California at lrvine （UCI） fi＇om August 2003 to March 2004. His research activities have been concerned with cross-culture management and organization behavior. WANG Guo-feng （王国锋） was bom in Jiangsu Province of China. He is a PhD candidate of management science and engineering of UESTC, and his research has been focused in cross-culture management and top management team.
