针对陶粒泡沫混凝土强度低、脆性大、易开裂等问题,研究在相同纤维掺量及纤维长度下,棉秆纤维、玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维对陶粒泡沫混凝土抗压及劈裂抗拉强度的增强效果;考虑棉秆纤维掺入量和纤维长度2个因素在不同水平下对陶粒泡沫混凝土抗压及劈裂抗拉强度的影响,确定棉秆纤维的最佳掺量和最优长度范围。结果表明:聚丙烯纤维对陶粒泡沫混凝土的增强效果最好,掺加棉秆纤维能有效提高陶粒泡沫混凝土强度;棉秆纤维最佳掺量为0.8%,此时抗压强度较同配比未掺纤维的试块提高25.0%,劈裂抗拉强度提高43.1%:长11—15mm的棉秆纤维对陶粒泡沫混凝土的增强效果最明显。
In view of low strength,large brittleness,easy to crack and other defects of foamed concrete,the experiment was made by comparing the reinforcement effect of mechanical properties by cotton straw fiber, glass fiber and polypropylene fiber. Further research cotton straw fiber content and fiber length impact on the ceramic foamed concrete compressive and splitting tensile strength,and determine the optimal content and length. The results indicate that the reinforcement effect of ceramic foamed concrete strength by pol);propylene fiber is the biggest, and adding cotton fiber into ceramic foamed concrete can effectively improve its strength. The optimal content of cotton stalk fiber is 0.8%,compared with the same ratio undoped fiber specimen,its compressive strength of ceramic foamed concrete increased 25.0%, splitting tensile strength increased 43.1%. The cotton stalk fiber of 11-15 mm is the optimal fiber length which reinforcement effect of ceramic foamed concrete strength is the most obvious.
