以聚酯二元醇(PE-600)及聚醚二元醇(PEG-600)为原料,采用扩链法制备了具有光固化性能聚氨酯油墨保护树脂,并对其结构进行红外光谱分析表征,结果表明制备的产物与目标产物相符合.分析了原料的配比及引发剂的种类对于膜性能的影响.利用正交试验得出以PEG-600与PE-600的摩尔比为2:1、TDI与IPDI的摩尔比为1:1合成的氨酯油墨保护树脂配制成成膜树脂,光引发剂为Irgacure184,固化后热转印到ABS基材上,树脂膜表现为:与油墨的附着力强,耐磨耐溶剂,透明度好,高硬度(大于1H).
With polyester glycol and polyether glycol as materials, UV-curable polyurethane, used as ink protection resin, was synthesized by using the extender chain method. The structure of the UV-curable polyurethane was characterized by infrared spectrum. The results of the orthogonal design experiment show that when the molar ratio of PE-600/PEG-600 and TDI/IPDI is 1 : 2 and 1 : 1 respectively, and the UV initiator is Irgacure184, the heat of the UV-cured film is transferred to ABS base, and that the UV-cured film shows good performance such as good adhesion, wear and solvent resistance, high hardness ( 〉 1 H) and transparence.
