组织文化不仅有内涵特征,也有外显载体。从组织文化自身特征角度出发,提出激励性和公平性是组织文化的两个重要内涵特征,且可通过劳动分工、目标设定、控制机制、信息渠道、权力分配和成功标准六个外显载体进行测量。为此,首先运用探索性因子分析证明样本存在共同因素,然后运用验证性因子分析对两个内涵因子的三种关系模型和六个现象因子的三种关系模型分别进行检验,最后运用结构方程模型中的多质多法模型检验整体结构,在优化基础上再次进行验证性因子分析,验证了“激励性和公平性是组织文化的两个重要特征并且可以从六个相互关联的现象维度进行观测”的假设。
In organizational culture, there are not only inner characteristics, but also explicit carriers, From the angle of self characteristics of organizational culture, it is held that motivation and impartiality are two important internal characteristics and they can be measured by six explicit carriers such as division of labor, rule of setting goal, control mechanism, information flow, power distribution and success criteria. An exploratory factor analysis is first used to prove that common factors exist in the sample. Then three relationship models of two inner characters and three relationship models of six explicit carriers are examined through confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, the integral structure is tested by the Muhitrait-Muhimethod means of the structural equation model and confirmatory factor analysis is used again based on the optimized results, verifying the hypothesis that motivation and impartiality are two important characteristics of organizational culture and they can be observed from six correlative phenomenon dimensions.
