This article describes current progress in microstructures and their clusters of superfine particles home and abroad. Those features include system static-structure properties, i. e radical distribution function, fractal dimension, coordination number etc, and system dynamic properties, i, e aggregating mechanism of superfine particles under external forces in fluid. Finally, the development prospect in microstructures of superfine particles has also been discussed.
