为了促进道路压电能量收集技术的研究及推广,对压电道路技术途径及其发展方向进行了分析总结,从能量收集效率的角度对比了交通荷载作用下沥青和水泥路面不同的力学响应,对不同压电陶瓷以及换能器结构的能量转换性能进行对比分析;并从压电材料、换能器结构、铺设模式、电处理系统设计及压电换能模式拓展5个方面提出了对未来研究方向的展望。研究结果表明:PZT-5H是较为适宜的道路压电材料;桥型换能器在与交通荷载作用的耦合性及能量转换效率方面较其他传统结构更优。
In order to promote the research and development of piezoelectric eoergy h highway, the technical approach of piezoelectric energy harvest from highway was r analysis. From the energy harvest efficiency, the mechanical responses of asphalt pa cement concrete pavement to traffic load were compared. And piezoelectric material, arvest from eviewed for vement and transducer structure, layout of transducers, design of electrical system and the extension of piezoelectric energy harvest mode were prospected for further research. Comparative analysis of energy conversion performance of different types of piezoelectric ceramics as well as transducers was made. The results show that PZT-SH is more suitable for piezoelectric energy harvest from highway and bridge- coupling with traffic type transducer is more efficient for energy harvest and more suitable for load.
