为降低气体的击穿场强,分析了影响气体放电时起始击穿场强的因素.试验研究了不同气体、气压、电源频率及气体流速对介质阻挡放电的击穿电压的影响.试验结果表明:气压越低气体的击穿场强越低,电源频率对击穿场强影响不大,流速对击穿场强的影响程度跟气体种类有关.气体种类、气压、频率和气体流速等因素综合影响了放电特性.
Atmospheric pressure glow discharge (APGD) is usually realized in the form of dielectricbarrier discharge (DBD). An effective method to get APGD is to reduce the electric breakdown field. So it is useful to analyse the factors that affect the critical breakdown strength in gas discharge. Some influencing factors, including the gas type, gas pressures, power supply frequency, and flow speed, were experimentally studied. It is concluded that the breakdown strength decreases as the gas pressure is reduced, while the influence of power supply frequency is not obvious and the influence of flow speed differs with the types of gases. It seems that the gas type, gas pressure, frequency and the distance between two electrodes have a combined influence on the discharge. Some elementary analyses are carried out in the end.
