This paper is concerned with the positive periodic solutions for impulsive general- ized Hematopoiesis model with nonlinear harvesting term and a nonlinear density-dependent mortality term. By using coincidence degree theory and inequality analysis techniques, some sufficient conditions are derived for the existence of positive periodic solution of this model. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the main results.
