在查阅国内外相关资料及法律文献的基础上，结合实地调研，从珠海市饮用水源保护区概况入手，分析其建立生态补偿机制的必要性，探讨适合当地实情的生态补偿原则及补偿标准，提出建立多元化补偿资金筹集渠道，“输血型”和“造血型”补偿相结合的补偿方式，并给出生态补偿机制实施的组织形式和保障措施建议。
英文摘要：
Based on the study of the domestic and foreign data, the legal literature and the investigation on the spot, the necessity of constituting the ecological compensation mechanism was analyzed. The ecological compensation principia and standard suitable for the local conditions in Zhuhai drinking water sources reserve district was studied. The multiple channels for compensation fund were sug- gested, combining the two ways of ＂transfusion mode＂ and ＂hematopoietic mode＂. And the framework and guarantee measures were suggested for the implementation of the ecological compensation mechanism.
