QFD方法作为一种将需求分解转换成解决措施的方法论,在产品开发中已经得到了成功的应用。但是在转换过程中QFD只给出了措施之间的“正负”关系,而没有给出这种关系的定量标准,因而,这种关系也就不能反映在最终的措施权重中。本文尝试在不改变QFD方法基本流程的基础上,将措施以及需求的关系定量化,使这种关系最终能够反映到措施以及需求的权重上。并且提出了二次相关的QFD方法,解决了关系矩阵数据量大的问题。
QFD, a theory of transforming requirements to solution, is well known as a design method in manufacturing. But during the tranition process, the positive and negative correlation between different solutions is shown in QFD, whereas the ration of it is not included there, so the weight of solution can not represent this relation. This paper discusses the method based on conventional QFD, which fix quantify the relation between solutions or requirements, and then calculate the weight of solutions or requirements based on those rehtiom. This paper also discusses "The Second Rehtion" method which provided with litde data of relation matrix and high processing speed.
