利用自制的激光散射流变仪研究了PS/PVME(质量比30/70)二元共混物在振荡剪切场下的相分离动力学过程,以前的工作研究了此二元体系在振荡剪切场下相行为的时间依赖性,文中进一步研究了振荡剪切场下相行为的相位角(应变)依赖性。研究发现,在一个振荡周期内,体系相关长度的变化趋势反映出,就整体而言相区会在应变增大的过程中沿流动方向取向,而在应变减小过程中减弱取向,甚至可能形成长轴沿涡流方向的形状,其原因可能是相区在外力作用下发生了粘弹变形。
Following the research of the time dependence and stress response of phase separation under oscillatory shear were discussed in another paper, the phase angle dependence of phase separation is furthermore studied in this paper. It is found that, within one shear cycle, the change of correlation length in one cycle reflects that the phase is elongated along flow direction with strain increasing and when the strain decreases, the phase is compressed even to a shape with its long axis along vorticity direction. The phase's viscoelasticity may be responsible for this phenomenon.
