针对水文资料缺乏的中小河流，以贵溪市罗塘河下游段为例，通过小流域水文计算和MIKE 11水动力模型对罗塘河洪水预警指标进行了研究，提出了临界水位预警指标的确定方法，并给出了警戒水位和危险水位建议值，计算结果可为中小河流防洪决策提供依据。

Focus on the most small and medium - sized rivers which were lack of abundant hydrological data and stations, a determina- tion method for flood early - warning indicators was proposed by hydrological calculation of small watershed and hydrodynamic model of MIKE 11. Taking the downstream section of Luotang river in Guixi city as an example, the recommended values of flood early - warning indicators have been given, which can provide scientific basis for flood control decision - making in small and medium - sized rivers.
