Hemodialysis is a common treatment for severe acute pancreatitis,which can effectively prevent the patients＇ condition to develop in the direction of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.Among them,blood dialysis membrane as an important medical biological materials throughout the treatment process plays an important role,and hemodialysis membrane material selection and application also impact on the therapeutic effect.The author adopts clinical practice and literature search methods to collect and supplement,summarize the role and value of hemodialysis membrane treatment for severe acute pancreatitis,and based on the development trend of dialysis membrane material,make predictions for its application value for severe pancreatitis treatment.
