Based on summarizing the construction principle of quantitative index system of regional logistics, this paper, selecting 9 indexes, constructed index system that measures the regional logistics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei preliminarily. Analytic hierarchy process（AHP） was used to analyze the importance of each index and determine the final quantitative index system. The results show that the final indexes to quantify the regional logistics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are the proportion of logistics infrastructure investment in total investment of the whole society,per capita freight volume, and the proportion of logistics industry practitioners in the total number of employees.
