建立了水果中矮壮素残留的高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱(LC-ESI MS)检测方法。采用甲醇-水-乙酸溶液提取试样中的矮壮素残留,离心后,取上清液过SCX阳离子交换固相萃取小柱,LC-ESIMS测定,以保留时间和特征离子定性,外标法定量。在优化色谱条件下,矮壮素得到很好的分离,在0.03-10 mg/L范围内线性良好,线性相关系数(R2)为0.999 1,方法的定量下限可达0.02 mg/kg。
A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method coupled with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI MS) detection was developed for chlormequat in fruits. The pesticide was extracted from samples with methanol -water- acetic acid. After centrifugation, the extract was cleaned up on a SPE -SCX column. Chlormequat was qualitatively analyzed by using retention time and characteristic ion, and quantitatively determined by LC -ESI MS with external method. Under the optimal conditions, there was a good linearity in the range of 0. 03 - 10 mg/L for ehlormequat with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 1. The quantitative limit for chlormequat was down to 0. 02 mg/kg. The established method was applied for the determination of chlormequat in real fruit samples with satisfactory results.
