本文采用有限元方法和Newmark方法相结合,对求解问题的空间部分用有限元离散处理,对时间部分用Newmark方法进行变换,从而对动力学问题进行计算.分析了叉指换能器的电极上的电荷分布情况与外加电压激励的关系,并对计算结果进行了分析.
the paper established Finite Element Method( FEM) equations for Interdigital Transducers from piezoelectric constitutive equation and acoustic field wave equation. the FEM divided the space area into small elements and transformed the equation in time part with Newmark method to solve the charge distribution on electrodes of the dynamics equation. On account of Finite Element Method need a large amount of computer resource,our analyse adopted different elements in size to reduce the calculation time.
