D-convergence of general linear (GL) methods was studied for a class of stiff delay systems. By extending the B-convergence results of numerical methods for stiff ordinary differential equations, some new criteria to determine D-covergence order of numerical methods for stiff delay systems were derived, A numerical example was to illustrate the obtained theoretical results.
