采用常规水质分析方法、三维荧光光谱分析方法、超滤分子质量分级分析方法以及色谱法,对3座典型城市污水处理厂的泥区废液水质特性进行了调查分析。结果表明,泥区废液污染物的负荷较高,其水质状况与污水、污泥处理工艺及其运行工况有关。泥区废液中的主要有机污染物种类有类蛋白质、类富里酸及类腐殖酸,各类物质的含量与污泥稳定程度有关,浓缩池上清液和未经消化的污泥脱水滤液以类蛋白质为主,污泥消化后的脱水滤液以类富里酸或类腐殖酸为主。泥区混合废液中表观分子质量〉6ku的有机物所占比例〉70%,泥区废液中内分泌干扰物质壬基酚及其前体物质壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚含量约为1.35~23.01μg/L。
The characteristics of the waste liquid quality from sludge treatment area in three sewage treatment plants were studied with conventional water quality, three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy, uhrafihration and chromatography analysis methods. The results show that there are higher pollutant loads in the waste liquid, and its quality has a relation to the wastewater and sludge treatment processes and their operation. The waste liquid contains large amount of organic pollutants, the most of which have protein-like, fulvic-like and humic-like with respect to the stability degree of the sludge. There are mainly protein-like organic pollutants in the supernatant from thickening tank and in the filtrate from dehydrator of undigested sludge, and there are mainly fulvic-like and humie-like in the filtrate from dehydrator of digested sludge. The proportion of organic pollutants with apparent molecular weight of more than 6 ku in the mixed waste liquid is more than 70%. Nonylphenol and nonylphenol polyethoxylates, as endocrine disruptors and precursors, are 1.35 to 23.01 μg/L in the waste liquid.
