Through efficient vulnerability announcement mechanism security organization can inform users of vulnerability information and patches in time and instruct users to eliminate threats or vulnerabilities. In this article, we investigated and analyzed IT vulnerability announcement mechanisms on international scope, especially about US, By comparison and analysis, we gave an entire evaluation on the function of each section and their interrelationships in vulnerability announcement mechanism of US. Finally we summarized the collaboration mechanism between vulnerability announcements of US and farther put forward a whole frame chart about vulnerability announcement mechanism of US.
