高效率的科技金融可以有力促进经济发展。研究从科技金融投入与产出着手,首先运用SE-DEA模型对我国各省市2011q012年度的数据进行分析;之后运用Malmquist指数模型对2009--2012年度跨3期时间序列数据进行分析;最后建立基于以上两种模型的线性组合模型并对我国各省市2012年度科技金融效率进行评价排序及聚类分析,并给出相应的政策建议。研究表明:我国整体的科技金融效率还不高且省际之间差距较大。东部地区科技金融效率普遍较高,而中西部及东北地区的科技金融效率还有较大提升空间。
Efficient technology and finance can effectively promote economic development, qlais article begins with the input and output in science and technology finance, first conducts analysis on the data of 2011--2012 of various provinces and cities in China using super effi- ciency DEA model, and then conducts analysis on the time sequence data of 2009--2012 with Malmquist index model, and finally conducts e- valuation, ranking and classification on various provinces and cities in China with linear combination model of beth models. Research shows that efficiency of science and technology finance in China is not high in general and gaps between provinces are large, indicating that there is still a large room to improve in the technical financial efficiency in our country, especially the midwest and northeast areas.
