为克服传统的交-直-交变频调速系统因变频器需中间直流环节的滤波电感器和电容器而使其体积大,笨重及谐波大的缺点,研究了双级矩阵变换器异步电动机变频调速系统。其功能类似于传统的变频调速系统,而其结构紧凑,体积小,重量轻,并且输入电流为正弦波,对电网无谐波污染。双空间矢量调制两级协调控制能实现整流级零电流换流,极大地减少了开关损耗,提高了变换器的效率。仿真结果表明,双级矩阵变换器异步电动机变频调速系统具有良好的动、静态特性,电机起动和制动时,转矩和转速的变化快速、平稳。
The deficiencies of the traditional AC-DC-AC variable frequency system are large volume and heavy harmonic content because of middle filter inductor and capacitor. In order to overcome these shortcomings, dual-stage matrix converter fed asynchronous motor adjustable speed system was researched. The system has not only similar function to the traditional AC-DC-AC variable frequency system, but also compact structure, small volume and light weight. It can shape the input current into sinusoidal wave, with no harmonic pollution to grid. Double space vector modulation can realize zero current commutation of the rectifier side, greatly reduce the switch loss, and improve the efficiency of the converter. Simulation results suggested that the proposed system possesses well steady and dynamic performance, and maintains fast and stable variations of torque and rotational speed when motor starting and stopping.
