采用1994-2007年南方集体林区10个省份14年的统计数据，利用包涵固定资本存量、人力资本存量、贸易总额、经济结构和财政预算等变量的生产函数，对南方集体林区林业经济增长的影响因素进行了面板数据分析。结果表明，人力资本存量和固定资本投资对林业经济发展起到重要的推进作用，贸易总额与财政预算对于林业经济增长的贡献不明显，而林业产值占总产值比重对于林业经济增长有着重要的意义。有必要加大林业人力资本投资，优化林业产业结构，提高林业占总产值比重，以利于促进林业经济增长。
英文摘要：
This article use a production function to conduct a panel data analysis of the affecting factors on econom- ic growth of Southern Collective Forest Region, based on a statistical data from 1994 to 2007 among 10 provinces of the Southern Collective Forest Area. The function contains variables such as the stock of fixed capital, the stock of human capital, total trade, economic structure and the budget. The results show that human capital and fixed cap- ital investment in the forestry economic development have played important roles, and there is no significant contri- bution of total trade and the budget on the forestry economic growth, and the proportion of the output value of for- estry has a significant influence on forestry economic growth. It is necessary to increase investment in human capital of forestry, optimize forestry industrial structure, improve the proportion of total output value of forestry, in order to facilitate the promotion of forestry economic growth.
