目的针对共享产品服务设计中用户体验的不一致性和差异性,研究并优化用户体验地图的有效方法。方法以用户体验地图为基础,结合统计学中变异指数测量方法,运用体验满意度变异系数及离群点信息分析得出新的模型,通过"摩拜单车"案例,分析方法模型的可靠性与合理性。结论指出了普通产品与共享产品服务在用户体验层面的主要差异;改进了针对共享产品服务的用户体验地图方法模型;提供了影响用户体验地图变量的选取方法,为共享产品服务设计研究提供更科学的实验数据支撑。
Focus on the inconsistency and difference of user experiences in sharing product service design, it studies the effective methods of user experience map. Based on the user experience map, combined with the measurement method of variance index in statistics, a new model using the coefficient of variation of experience satisfaction and outlier analy- sis is obtained. Through the case study of"Mo-bike", thereliability and rationality of the model are analyzed. It points out the main differences of the user experience between the general product and the sharing product service, improves the user experience map model for sharing product service, provides the method of selecting the variables which affecting user experience map, and offers more scientific experimental data for sharing product service design.
