目的生物信息学预测profilin蛋白的结构和功能。方法通过Genbank搜索profilin蛋白的氨基酸序列,采用生物信息学方法分析预测profilin蛋白信号肽、疏水性、跨膜区、二级结构。结果通过DNAStar软件分析得到了该蛋白的B细胞表位。结论利用生物信息学预测出的结构和功能信息,能为profilin蛋白的相关过敏研究提供信息基础。
This paper focuses on the prediction of structures and functions of peanut allergen profilin using bioinformatics methods.The amino acid sequence of profilin was searched in Genbank.Meanwhile,its signal peptides,hydrophobicities,transmembrane domains and the secondary structures were predicted and analyzed by using bioinformatics methods.Furthermore,B-cell epitopes for the protein was predicted with DNAStar.These predicated structures and functions lays down a solid information foundation for the allergic investigation of profilin protein.
