Two-sided market is the new hot spot for industrial organization study. It discusses the strategies which should be taken in the two-sided market environment from the perspective of the telecom operators on the basis of distinguish between single and two-sided markets. Through the inductive of the operators' pricing and differentiation strategies, it came to the conclusion that they could carry out cross-subsidization and bundle sale, exclusive and vertical alliances strategy can be implemented to enhance competition. This conclusion explained the effectiveness of the competitive strategies.
