目的建立RP-HPLC测定醋酸溴茶碱胶囊含量的方法。方法选用SB—C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为0．01mol／L磷酸氢二铵缓冲液（pH7．0）-乙腈（50：50），流速为1．0mL/min．检测波长为242nm。结果醋酸溴茶碱在19．92～199．16μg／mL范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．40％，RSD为0．60％。结论测定方法简便、快速、可靠，可用于醋酸溴茶碱胶囊的质量控制。

英文摘要：

Aim To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of acebrophylline capsules. Methods A SB-CIs column （250 mm×4. 6 mm ,5μm） and phosphate buffer solution （pH 7. 0） -acetonitrile （50 ： 50） as the mobile phase were used for the determination with the detection wavelength of 242 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results A linear relationship was obtained with the range of 19.92 - 199. 16μg/mL（r =0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 99.40% （ RSD = 0. 60% ）. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the quantitative control of acebrophylline capsules.
