核心刚性的主要构成是隐性知识，通过知识创造可以改变核心刚性的知识构成，达到治理核心刚性的目的。在对企业知识构成进一步划分的基础上，提出并阐述了基于知识创造SECI模型的核心刚性治理机理。该机理显示了治理核心刚性和促进核心能力成长的双重作用。

The main ingredient of core rigidities is tacit knowledge, core rigidities could be effectively controlled by changing its knowledge ingredient under knowledge creation. On the base of further classifying knowledge ingredient of enterprise, this paper proposed and expounded a governing mechanism of core rigidities based on knowledge creation SECI model. This mechanism shows double functions in governing core rigidities and facilitating development of core competence.
