采用水刺加固法制备异纤度非织造材料,对其纤网的表观结构、孔径分布和孔隙率进行分析;探讨对水刺非织造材料过滤性能的影响。结果表明:异纤度结构增大了水刺非织造材料的孔隙率,提高了水刺非织造材料的过滤性能,但对孔径分布影响不大;水刺非织造材料的透气性随孔隙率的增加而增加,过滤效率随平均孔径的减小而增加。
Nonwovens made of fiber of various thickness are prepared through the method of spunlace.The apparent structure,pore size distribution and porosity are analyzed,furthermore,filtration performance of the spulanced nonwovens is discussed.The results show that porosity of the spulanced nonwovens is increased and the filtration performance is improved because of the pore structure of differential linear density,however,the effect on pore size distribution is unobvious.Moreover,the air permeability is positively correlated with the porosity while the filtration efficiency is negatively correlated with the average pore size.
